Hello Everyone!
So much has passed since I blogged. Ewdy and I always have so much fun. We dont have any kids so you can imagine that we are up and down trying to enjoy life. However, today I just want to blog about our nephews. Children just bring so much joy into our lives. I remember when Alex was so small. I would play with him and still remember him pointing to the light and saying "luz". Now he is getting older which is quite sad because sometimes you just wish they would stay small. Regardless, he is still a lot of fun and I love hanging out with him. I cant wait to spend some time with him this Christmas. Sometimes he gets mad at me because I have to be an "aunt". Regardless, many times he comes and apologizes and we get on with our lives.
It amazes me how smart he is. He reads at such a proficient level and he understands things so well. He wonders about life and I have taught him to find answers through the Lord. He has read the Book of Mormon and attends church with us when he can. He is quite but yet he opens up when he feels safe. He is very considerate. Last time he asked me not to tell Brenda (my sister) for something expensive he liked. He said that her and uncle Adam had bought him something expensive already and he didn't want them to spend more money on him. Did I mention that he just started the 6th grade? I can go on and on about how amazing he is, because he really is. He was truly put here on Earth to bless our lives and I thank God for having him.
This summer we were blessed to have a new 'bundle of joy' in our lives. Little Aiden is now around! He is small and cute, and barely 1 year old. He is also a bright spirit sent from Heaven. He plays and smiles and every time I see him I just want to squeeze him. By the way, my mom and brother think he looks like me, you decide!
I just feel so blessed to have these two great boys in my life and overall in our entire family. Its crazy how I don't wish anything else in their life but to have the gospel and maybe one day they can serve a mission. Many people may want nothing more than being successful, but I want the Lord in their lives because I know that if he is present everything will come through.
This winter I will update on the things I do with my boys. Ewdy works so much during tax season so always ask my brothe to please let Alex hang around. He usually sleeps over. We watch movies and tend to go shopping a little too much. Anyways, I will hopefully update.
Okay so for many of you after reading this blog are probably thinking, now its time for your own! hahahah Ewdy and I are always praying, so as they say in spanish "cuando Dios quiera" meaning when its God's time it will happen!
